Creating customer loyalty is a lofty goal, but one that can be attained through commitment, consistency, a plan and a little humble pie! There are two options for The Final Challenge; The Self Serve or the Full Service. The Self Serve is a free version of the challenge and one that you and/or the company commit to complete on your own.
